NOTE: If you choose to return the rental car to a different location, please contact reservation agent to determine whether any return restrictions apply. If you do not contact us before returning your car to an ultimate location, you'll be charged a minimum OR 50 Unauthorized Return Location fee. This fee may be higher based on the distance between the renting location and the return location specified on your reservation. Additionally, a different or higher rate may apply.

Each person who intends to drive must bring a valid driver's license to drive, passport, and a valid means of payment (generally via credit card). All of these items must be submitted on the day the car will be picked up. Kindly pay with an affiliated credit card. If you wish to pay in cash, you must also submit an item of identification in addition to your driver's license.

Please follow the procedure below if you get involved in an accident:

• Assist all injured parties.
• Move the vehicle to a safe location to prevent further accidents.
• Report the accident to the police.
• Get the details of the other party.
• Contact the Customer Service.

Do not negotiate a private settlement on the spot. Private settlements will invalidate the insurance, which will require the user to pay the entire cost.

You may cancel your reservation by using the same booking channel as the one used for your reservation.

Cancellations made through the Bahwan Tourism reservation website will take effect when recorded in the Bahwan Tourism reservation system.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 48h before the start of the rental day, otherwise it is OR 25.

If you fail to collect the vehicle in due time, and have not canceled, a fee of OR 50 or the whole price of rental if value is lower, will be charged.
