Charyn Canyon Exploration

07:00 AM: Meet at the business center parking lot in Almaty.

07:15 AM: Departure for the Charyn Canyons (200 km drive).

08:30 AM: Stop at Chilik village for refreshments.

10:00 AM: Arrival at Charyn Canyon (Valley of Castles) – 2.5 km trekking to the Charyn River, photo opportunities.

12:00 PM: Return to parking area.

01:00 PM: Scenic stop at the Castle Valley Panorama.

01:30 PM: Lunch at Ethno Café “Tary”.

02:30 PM: Visit Uzunbulak Canyon (Moon Canyon) for a photo session.

04:00 PM: Continue to “Stone Shelf” for breathtaking panoramic views.

05:00 PM: Scenic stop at Napoleon Panorama.

06:00 PM: Visit the Austrian View, the final panorama for the day.

06:30 PM: Drive to Kolsai Lake National Park (2 hours).

07:30 PM: Stop at Black Canyon for a quick visit.

08:30 PM: Check-in to a mini-hotel near Kolsai Lake. Dinner provided.

Overnight stay at the mini-hotel.

 Kolsai Lakes Adventure

08:00 AM: Breakfast at the mini-hotel.

09:00 AM: Drive to Saty village (Kolsai Lower Lake).

10:00 AM: Begin trekking to Mynzhylky Lake (Kolsai Middle Lake) – 8 km trek (3 hours).

01:00 PM: Arrival at Mynzhylky Lake – enjoy the stunning scenery and have lunch (lunch box provided).

02:00 PM: Trek back to Kolsai Lower Lake (3 hours).

05:00 PM: Return to the mini-hotel for dinner and rest.

Overnight stay at the mini-hotel.

Kayyndy Lake Exploration

08:00 AM: Breakfast and check-out.

09:00 AM: Departure to Lake Kaindy (12 km).

10:00 AM: Trekking to explore the unique submerged Tien Shan fir trees in the lake.

01:00 PM: Return to Saty village, with a stop at a scenic viewpoint overlooking the Chilik River Valley.

02:30 PM: Lunch at a guesthouse in Saty village.

06:00 PM: Departure for Almaty (300 km drive).

10:00 PM: Arrival in Almaty, transfer to the hotel.

Departure

Transfer from the hotel to Almaty International Airport for your return flight.

Accommodation:

02 Nights’ accommodation in a mini-hotel (double occupancy) near Kolsai Lake.

02 Nights’ accommodation with breakfast in a 4* hotel in Almaty city.

Meals:

Dinner at the mini-hotel on the first and second day of the tour.

Lunch at Ethno Café “Tary” on the first day of the tour.

Lunch at the guest house in Saty village on the third day.

Lunch in the form of lunch boxes during the trek.

Transport:

Private arrival and departure transfers from Almaty Airport to the hotel.

Comfortable SUV transfers for 2/3/4 guests per car (Toyota Land Cruiser 100, 200, Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, Toyota Sequoia, or similar).

Jeep tour to six locations in the canyons of Charyn River and the high-mountain lakes of Kolsai and Kaindy.

Sightseeing:

• Visit to Charyn Canyon’s Valley of Castles, Moon Canyon, Napoleon Panorama, Stone Shelf, Austrian View, and Black Canyon.
• Excursion to Lake Kaindy and Kolsai Lakes (Lower and Middle).
• All ecological fees for Charyn and Kolsai Kolderi National Parks.
